Our host for this CCL Sunday Social is Khun Pongsakem Jitkasem, better known as Nicky, and a well known Thai rally driver.
Khun Nicky has some treats for us on the 30th November, as he’ll have some of his rallying memorabilia on display for us to see & as well, as long as K. Nicky doesn’t damage it too much whilst rallying this coming weekend in Kanchanaburi, he’ll have a full rally prepared 4X4 Rally Truck there for our inspection too!

Our regular monthly “Sunday Runs” are where our members meet up and journey to a place of interest.
For the last 2 years, we have managed to bring many people together to share their interests in old cars and the events we have arranged have been widely varied and always fun and memorable occasions.

On Friday 25th July Classic Cars of Lanna (CCL), the North of Thailand’s premier Classic Car group held their first Noggin’n’Natter ( that’s Britspeak for a meeting with drinks & snacks) at The Garden Guest House & Restaurant on Rachadamnoen Road.
Guest speaker was automotive artist and classic car insurance expert Chris Lock from Pattaya. Chris made the journey to Chiang Mai in his modern BMW ( he has 3 classics in his garage at home) together with several examples of his excellent artwork and his wife & son.
